The challenge encountered in this app was that even the Product Owners and Management didn't have a clear idea on the final functionalities that the application will provide, just the basic Process Modeling Tool scheme that is present in many commercial available products, few of them, with more than a decade of development and endorsed by companies like Microsoft (Aura Portal), however they were aware that the application need to be robust and meant to be sold as a white box product.
We put our attention on, through research first, providing information on applications in the same market segment that can provide an idea of possible scenarios the might find in the road, and then, on what functionalities the users might need to provide services to the claim services market
In a second stage, we work as a team, hand by hand to translate the ideas of the POs and developers into a visual representation of what the product will look and behave - several rounds of interactive prototypes were create with this purpose in mind - and helping those in charge to develop it, to more accurately translate the designs into code.
