My core assignment was to transform the provider onboarding experience within a Healthcare Service Platform, designed to empower businesses to optimize operations and ensure regulatory adherence, preventing costly penalties.
I started by deeply understanding the existing system's bottlenecks. Recognizing the critical role of provider onboarding, I focused on meticulously gathering requirements from both new prospects and current users. We then designed and implemented an intuitive visual language that proactively alerted users to errors in context and provided immediate, actionable solutions. This led to a substantial improvement, allowing users to onboard providers faster and with significantly fewer errors.
Crucially, I developed dynamic prototypes that equipped the sales team to rapidly tailor the platform to individual client specifications, powerfully illustrating the product's customizability. By creating a specialized workflow and leveraging a custom UI Kit, we ensured swift, high-fidelity delivery throughout the sales process. This strategic enablement resulted in the successful acquisition of key clients, profoundly elevating the product's influence in a highly competitive landscape.

Membership Rewards Platform Migration & UX Enhancement
I played a pivotal role in migrating the Membership Rewards customer support toolset to a new platform. This involved creating detailed prototypes and user journeys, mapping user personas, and optimizing user flows with data-driven insights to enhance both user experience and efficiency.

Due to the project's extensive scope and numerous user journeys, I collaborated closely with multiple Product Owners and Development teams across different global locations. This multi-month effort ensured specific user needs were addressed, culminating in a successful, on-time delivery that earned leadership commendation.

My process involved a detailed analysis of existing applications, translating their functionality to the new framework, and maintaining constant communication with managers and Product Owners to align with business requirements. By leveraging high-quality user data, I significantly improved user journeys for over 50 dedicated applications, all aimed at empowering frontline colleagues with the optimal toolset for customer support.

International Market Launch Leadership
For the international launch of the Customer Support Tool, I led the prototype translation effort, coordinating teams responsible for the Japanese and Mexican market deployments. This involved collaborating with global teams to understand their unique needs, providing a centralized repository for all translated strings to design teams, and working hand-in-hand with Product Owners to ensure prototypes accurately reflected the appropriate approach and features for each market.

Specialized Customer Support Tool Development
I contributed to the development of several specialized customer support tools, including:

Traveler Cheques Customer Support Tool: I helped design the new version, integrating new workflows to address evolving product necessities. I partnered with Product Owners and Developers to create simplified user journeys that enhanced the workflow for the Customer Support Team.

1099 MISC Tax Form Tool: I helped create the user journeys for a dedicated tool that integrates a third-party provider, allowing Card Members to view and update their 1099 MISC Tax forms. Working with Product Owners and Developers, I delivered a solution that significantly improved the Customer Support Team's service capabilities.

Card Replacement Tool (International Markets): For the Japanese and Mexican markets, I created detailed prototypes for the international launch of the Card Replacement tool. I collaborated with all involved parties, including Product Owners and Development teams, to ensure comprehensive prototypes in each language, addressing all specific needs.

I played a pivotal role in assisting the Card Issuance Team with a major upgrade to their extensive toolset, which manages the entire card manufacturing and delivery process. The core challenge was to modernize the visual framework of a critical tool supporting all current markets, encompassing over 30 languages and more than 50 distinct user journeys. Despite this complexity, maintaining a consistent user experience across all functionalities was paramount.

I collaborated closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to create detailed prototypes illustrating every user journey. These prototypes served as comprehensive documentation, guiding Product Owners and Developers in building the underlying services for the new application. Through numerous iterations, we refined these user journeys, making them exceptionally intuitive and user-friendly—a quality highly praised by the client's leadership.

The new visual identity was based on the client's existing visual library but applied in innovative ways to unlock its full potential. As a testament to our work, several custom modules developed for this project were subsequently integrated into the client's main library.

Our team partnered with a Software Development company to build a white-label SaaS product for the highly competitive Insurance Claim Process Industry. Collaborating closely with the client's Product Owners and Developers—many of whom were industry veterans—we leveraged their invaluable expertise to meticulously map needs and expectations. This deep understanding was crucial in drafting a solution that streamlined the myriad steps within a Medical Claim Process.

Alongside a small team of User Experience Designers, we developed a comprehensive prototype encompassing all expected user journeys and functionalities. This allowed stakeholders to make informed decisions on required features before development began, significantly saving resources and maintaining team focus.

We designed a robust, yet flexible, design system that facilitated seamless multi-user, team-wide collaboration. This enabled designers to work concurrently while ensuring prototype consistency and rapid deployment, much to the client's satisfaction. Despite the chosen tool not being inherently collaborative, we devised an agile workflow that allowed for quick, on-time delivery with minimal errors, effectively accommodating rapid changes driven by feedback from potential customers and users.

In this project, I led two key internal application initiatives. The first was a powerful user insights tool designed to analyze purchasing habits and link them with relevant offers. This enabled administrative users to effortlessly create targeted promotions for large user segments.

The second application was an internal utility for generating complex, specially-formatted XML files. This presented a significant challenge due to the sheer number of configurable options. By analyzing user data, I strategically determined which elements to automate and which to expose to the user, streamlining the configuration process.

Both applications comprised over 50 interconnected modules, requiring innovative approaches to display extensive information on reporting screens in a simple, intuitive manner. For both projects, I developed fully clickable prototypes for comprehensive testing and demonstration.

I also supported various departments by creating high-quality PowerPoint templates, infographics, and motion graphics for their communication efforts. These elements were widely used in corporate keynotes and other internal communications, and our work consistently received positive feedback for its exceptional quality.

In this project, I was responsible for overhauling the user interface of an existing app that struggled with user adoption, hindering its business model viability. The goal was to simplify the UI while integrating essential features to boost usability, preparing the app for a full commercial launch by Field Office Software.

As a time-tracking tool for construction contractors, the app's success hinged on extreme simplicity. My key challenge was to pinpoint critical stakeholder needs within the workflow and then adapt or automate other sections to prevent user errors. Ultimately, our strategy successfully delivered a minimal viable product (MVP) with compelling features, poised to attract new customers.

We meticulously optimized user journeys to cater to a broad spectrum of users—from field workers to managers—ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience across all devices. We provided a series of prototypes that empowered the development team to rapidly prepare an enhanced version for its highly anticipated launch.

My team and I developed native and web applications for smartphones, primarily focusing on understanding the current market and acquiring new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones. I collaborated closely with the internal IT team, which leveraged Aura Portal for their modeling processes.
